Peak season
- • Peak season: Easter, Christmas (24th and 25th of December), New Year’s Eve (31st of December and 1st of January), long vacations, Friday-Saturday-Sunday, the Jerez G.P. and from 1st of July to 30th of August. During summertime the minimum stay is five nights.
Middle season
- from 15th of May to 30th of June and from 1st of September to 15th of October.
Low season
- rest of the year.

Cancellation policy:
If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 29 days prior to the check-in, the penalty charge is 50% of the deposit
If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the check-in, the penalty charge is 100% of the deposit
